Refund Policy

We hope you are happy with your purchase, but we understand if you need to make a return or exchange. We accept returns on new, unworn, unused items in their original condition (including original Lake shoe box and its contents) within 30 days of the ship date. Any product that has been ridden in, worn outside, had pedal cleats mounted, or has been heat molded, will not be eligible for return, refund or exchange.

 

Items purchased from our Outlet are eligible for a one-time exchange. No refunds will be issued (excluding Europe).

 

Returns shipped without original Lake shoe box and its contents, or proper shipping packaging (such as a box, bag, or paper) will result in a restocking fee of $15.

For regular priced returns and exchanges: To cover the cost of the return shipping label, $15 will be deducted from refunds, and $15 will be charged for exchanges. Original shipping is not refunded.

For Outlet exchanges and store credit: To cover the cost of the return shipping label, $15 will be deducted from the store credit total. For exchanges, $30 will be charged to cover the cost of the return shipping label + new shipping label.
